As an award‑winning specialist college, Leeds College of Building is proud to support one of the UK’s largest and most diverse employment sectors. We are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Maths Department, playing a vital role in supporting staff, learners, and departmental operations. 

.

Based within the Maths Department, you will act as the first point of contact and provide high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day activities. 

.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

.

• Using Microsoft Office and the College’s data information systems (such asProSolution) tomaintain accurate student records, timetables, and registers 
• Creating, updating, andmaintainingtracking and monitoring documentation 
• Communicating effectively with internal teams, learners, and external partners
• Maintainingaccurate records and filing systems 
• Collating and preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with college procedures

You will be highly organised, IT‑literate, and confident in managing a varied workload. You will also bring: 

.

• Relevant experience in an administrative oroffice‑basedrole 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 9–1 (A–C) or an equivalent Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve this during the probationary period).
