We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support adult students, who attendance is often in the evening across both classroom-based learning and practical workshop environments.
In this role, you will provide tailored support to learners with a range of additional needs, enabling them to engage fully in both theoretical and practical construction activities while fostering a safe, inclusive environment where all learners can participate confidently and independently. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other learning needs, using a variety of strategies to encourage participation, develop skills, and promote positive learning behaviours, while building professional relationships that help boost confidence, independence, and progression within the construction industry and beyond.
