We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support students across both classroom-based learning and practical workshop environments.
In this role, you will provide tailored support to learners with a range of additional needs, enabling them to engage fully in both theoretical and practical construction activities while fostering a safe, inclusive environment where all learners can participate confidently and independently. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other learning needs, using a variety of strategies to encourage participation, develop skills, and promote positive learning behaviours, while building professional relationships that support confidence, independence, and progression into further study, apprenticeships, or employment within the construction industry.
